How to improve Job Satisfaction and Organizational Citizenship Behavior through Transformational Leadership and Organizational Culture? (Study on Employees of PT Anugrah Agung Pratama Kota Kediri)

The corporation must increase employee voluntary attitudes, organizational citizenship behavior, and job happiness in order to enhance employees' potential performance. This study is important for determining the effect of transformational leadership culture on work satisfaction promotion behavior. employs a quantitative methodology collect data from 32 employees utilizing saturation sampling technique. With assistance SmartPLS software, were analyzed using PLS-based SEM approach. results indicated that has no influence satisfaction, significant positive behavior (OCB), an OCB, does not mediate but it OCB.
